Despite the Chairman using him sparingly as a comedy act in recent years, Goldust’s name still holds weight in the world of wrestling. And when the one from bizarro world wrestles, people watch.
Goldust is nearing the age of 49 and he knows that he must share the last remaining ounces of his dwindling star power. Curt Hawkins picking up his much-anticipated first win on Monday nights against the 15-title-winning Goldust, would not only create headlines, it’d legitimise the ‘Face the Facts’ man.
