#2 The loser of the Drew McIntyre/Goldberg match could enter the Royal Rumble at No. 30
An interesting way of announcing the No. 30 entrant in the 2021 men's Royal Rumble match while still keeping it a secret would be to let the loser of the WWE Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Goldberg be the one to enter the Royal Rumble last.
Before Goldberg returned on RAW and challenged Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship, it looked as if the company was planning a match between him and Universal Champion Roman Reigns for WrestleMania 37. There were also reports that after the amazing 'Champion vs. Champion' match between Reigns and McIntyre at Survivor Series 2020, WWE is considering having another match between the two at WrestleMania 37.
One of the above scenarios could still be possible. If Goldberg loses the WWE Championship match, he could enter the Royal Rumble match, win it and set up a clash against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 37, which was previously planned for last year. Otherwise, if Drew McIntyre ends up losing the WWE title to Goldberg, he could enter the Royal Rumble match and go on to win it for the second consecutive year and challenge Reigns at WrestleMania 37.
