#3 Dustin Rhodes
Following a short stint in WWE in the early 90s, Dustin Rhodes made his return to WCW and went on to become a major mid-card star. He defeated his former partner Ricky Steamboat to win the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship.
He later returned to WWE and popularized the character of Goldust. His Hollywood Backlot Brawl against WWE legend Roddy Piper at WrestleMania 12 received praise from many fans for its uniqueness.

Rhodes went back to WCW in 1999 and remained with the company until its demise. He had another long stint with WWE following WCW's purchase, which saw him win several titles including two Tag Team Title reigns with his brother Cody.
Following his release from WWE in 2019, Dustin signed with AEW and is currently an active star in the promotion. He wrestled his first match against Cody at AEW's first show, Double Or Nothing, in a losing effort. He also lost to Jake Hager in the latter's first AEW match at the Revolution PPV.
