DDP made his way to WWE soon after Vince McMahon succeeded in buying out his competition. The forgettable stint saw him getting into a storyline where he was revealed as the stalker of The Undertaker's wife, Sara. He also won the WWE European Title on one occasion. DDP was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017, for his contributions to the business.
DDP appeared at All Elite Wrestling's first show, Double Or Nothing. At the Bash At The Beach event on January 15, 2020, DDP wrestled for the first time in AEW. He teamed up with QT Marshall and Dustin Rhodes in a losing effort against MJF, The Butcher, and The Blade.

He has interviewed prominent pro wrestling personalities like Noam Dar, Angry Miz Girl, Brendan Cobbina, and Jesse Lambert. Abhilash is a big fan of AEW star Orange Cassidy, as he believes the former International Champion’s on-screen gimmick of an extremely lazy guy resonates with him.
Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
