Jake Hager
Jack Swagger has been making quite the moves ever since he signed with All Elite Wrestling. A former Bellator fighter, Swagger is currently part of Chris Jericho's Inner Circle faction, acting as the powerhouse of the group and Jericho's bodyguard, as well.

During his time with WWE though, Swagger had won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and had a decent enough run in the company. However, things probably would've been a whole lot better if WWE had implemented the creative idea that Swagger had pitched.
During an interview with Edge and Christian on their E&C’s Pod Of Awesomeness, Jake Hager had revealed that he pitched an idea of him leaving and competing in a professional MMA fight, and then eventually make his return to WWE.

“I knew I was gonna do MMA. Before I left, Vince caught me in the hallway and he told me that they were wasting me. I said, ‘Man, that’s awesome to hear. Thank you for saying that. I’ll be in your office next week with ideas. I pitched to him an idea about leaving and having to go fight MMA, and then come back, but have a little controversy between us or something. He didn’t really want to do anything about it.”- Swagger said on the E&C Pod Of Awesomeness.
Those plans, as we know, never took off in the first place and Swagger was eventually let-go by WWE to pursue a career in Mixed Martial Arts.
