Some might think that has to do with her edgy persona and looks, she is also someone who really hasn't had their chance to shine yet.

Morgan was drafted to Monday Night RAW at the 2019 Draft in October but hasn't been seen on TV. This probably means that WWE doesn't have anything for her at this time or they don't have much faith in her to execute the things that they do have.
With fan theories of her joining Bray Wyatt, why wouldn't WWE try to involve her? At least that way, WWE can get someone popular back on television, put her in a role that everyone already wants her in and allow the character to build from there.
