#4 Travis Banks
Walter and Travis Banks have a tremendous amount of history, as it was The Kiwi Buzzsaw that Walter defeated to claim the Progress World Championship, and it makes sense for Banks to want revenge. While NXT UK can't make their issues about past companies (despite the fact that the three men who run NXT UK also run Progress), it would be easy to tell a compelling story between these two incredible athletes.
Whether working as a babyface or a heel, Banks is one of the toughest, hardest-hitting performers in all of WWE, and his style combats Walter perfectly, making this a rivalry WWE need to turn too soon. Travis came up short against Noam Dar in Cardiff, and he's struggling to find his spot in NXT UK, but if the company can get behind him in a big way, we've seen in Progress before that it pays off, so expect to see it, sooner rather than later.
