From winning multiple Royal Rumble matches to main eventing numerous Wrestlemanias, one of HBK's lesser appreciated achievements was being a dual champion. Paige's battles with the likes of Emma, Natalya, and AJ Lee are what made people take notice of the evolution NXT's upstarts were bringing about in the company. During this time, fans saw Paige capture the first-ever NXT Women's Title when she beat Emma in the finals of a tournament, and she wouldn't stop there.

WWE chose the night after WrestleMania to introduce Paige to the world, as the NXT Women's Champion beat AJ Lee to become the Divas Champion that same night. While Paige had to vacate the NXT Women's Title due to her main roster call up, holding both titles at the same time was an impressive stat created by "The Anti-Diva".
