Who wants to walk with Elias?

What if Elias wins The King of The Ring tournament.

That is the question The WWE Universe must wrestle with after watching Elias pin Kevin Owens in their first round match. Having Shane McMahon behind him only legitimizes that further. Of course, having Elias win the whole thing by cheating would be a cheap way to go about it, but it would go a long way in building up much needed heel heat.

WWE could then use that heel heat to create a legitimate title contender on Raw, and maybe even give him a run with The Universal title.

Then again, that might be a little far fetched, especially with a few rounds to go in The King of The Ring tournament. It would definitely cement Elias as a top tier heel again.

Whether that is WWE's intention or not remains to be seen, and will depend on what they think is best for business.But giving Elias a win over a top babyface like Owens has to mean something.
