#2 No Way Jose
Brodus Clay, Adam Rose, Fandago... No Way Jose. WWE has insisted on the 'dancing guys' for a number of years now, and for the longest time, it just hasn't worked, so it's confusing as to why the company continue to push guys like this. His immediate push coming from NXT made it seem like he had plenty of potential to be a mid-card Champion, but since that point, he's done absolutely nothing.
Like plenty of people, Jose has struggled to get screen time, as WWE seem intent on using only half of its roster (if that) and unfortunately, the former NXT performer is a big victim of that. It would be tough to see Jose being a big star away from WWE, but he has the potential to reinvent himself and make a decent living, but unfortunately for him, he just doesn't fit in among elite level performers such as Seth Rollins, AJ Styles, Ricochet and so many more.
#1 Titus O'Neil
Titus O'Neil has been with WWE for quite some time, but unfortunately, since the release of Darren Young, the only entertaining thing he's done has been slipping on the way to the ring at the Greatest Royal Rumble. Sure, Titus Worldwide had potential, but WWE didn't capitalize on the momentum that they gained and as of late, O'Neill has done absolutely nothing to separate himself from the rest of the roster.
Early on in his career, it was clear that Titus had plenty of potential, but with so little charisma and average in-ring work, there was just no chance for him given the rest of the elite level talent that makes up the WWE roster. Credit where it's due, however, as Titus is a fantastic role-model and father, and he's been a credit to WWE away from the screen, but ultimately, you need to produce on RAW or SmackDown Live, and O'Neill just hasn't done that.
