For months, there have been rumors of a return for the People's Champion, with a rumored feud with his own cousin Roman Reigns being reported.

If this is true, having Rocky win the Royal Rumble would be a great start, and could lead to an interesting main event between the two Samoan stars.

The only question now is, if Rock did win the Rumble, would the company put the Universal Championship on the shoulder of the Great One?
