Ali is a tremendous performer with exceptional work-rate and is finally getting the praise he deserves, on Smackdown Live. A man of his talents was wasted on 205 Live, which is basically the D-Show.

Mustafa Ali has been pushed reasonably well, with pinfall victories over WWE Champion Daniel Bryan and Andrade "Cien" Almas. A great showing in the Rumble will propel his star status among the WWE Universe, and will become one of the top babyfaces on Smackdown Live.
SmackDown has a significant dearth of quality top card babyfaces apart from AJ Styles, and Mustafa Ali could become the next big thing on the blue brand.
