#3 AJ Styles
No matter what AJ Styles does, it is well received. People were scared to death that he would be booked wrong and would fail when he came to the WWE but he went on to have one of the greatest debut years in the history of the company as he captured the WWE Championship and put on Match of the Year candidates with John Cena.
So, why shouldn’t he live up to his self-proclaimed moniker as The Face that Runs the Place? He has certainly shown that the fans are behind everything he does and that he can very much back it up – both in the ring and on the mic. He is probably the best wrestler in the world today, and that’s saying quite a bit.
The only thing that could make the WWE hesitate, though, is the fact that he was the face of TNA for such a large portion of his career. But, then again, how cool would it be to stick it to Impact Wrestling by making their former poster boy, the new face of the WWE.
