#3 Shelton Benjamin
One of the most underappreciated Superstars in WWE history in my opinion, Shelton Benjamin, has not been a part of a prominent storyline on WWE TV for months now. He had a brief moment with Brock Lesnar during the 2020 Men's Royal Rumble match, while the last time he competed for a title was along with Chad Gable for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.
He has been in the 24/7 Championship segments but, given how skilled and experienced Benjamin is, he deserves a lot better than that. WWE might move him back to SmackDown during the Superstar Shakeup, but that would not likely change things for him. So, in my view, it will be better if he joins Seth Rollins' group.
The Monday Night Messiah's primary focus has been to improve the quality of RAW. Rollins started the clan to make Monday Night RAW the number one show once again. A veteran like Shelton Benjamin could add much more value to this faction as a wise, experienced head - not to mention being someone who is still very capable as a performer in the squared circle.
Just like Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, he can do the dirty work for the former two-time Universal Champion, and also wrestle some quality bouts. Pairing Benjamin with Rollins will be a welcome move.
