#2 The Miz and John Morrison
Given that WWE creative team mainly needs a tag team replacement in Seth Rollins' clan, the duo of The Miz and John Morrison could be worthy contenders for that spot. The reigning SmackDown Tag Team Champions will put their titles on the line against The New Day and The Usos in a triple threat ladder match at WrestleMania 36 in what could end up being one of the bouts of the night.
According to the rumor mill, WWE is planning a weird stipulation for the championship match, where only one Superstar of each tag team would take part in the ladders match. The stipulation is strange, but the backstage staff are rumored to be concerned about The A-Lister's sickness. All of these factors combined seem to make the likelihood of them dropping the titles reasonably high - which would also open the door for a change of scenery and direction for the team.
If they do lose the championships, WWE should move The Miz and John Morrison over to Monday Night RAW and align them with Seth Rollins. The faction will get a ton of star power with this addition. Besides, the involvement of a proper tag team will allow WWE to keep Rollins away from the tag team division. Often, the writers have inserted him in the tag team title picture, which has taken away the spotlight from regular tag teams and, arguably more importantly for Rollins himself, prevented him from being booked in a dedicated singles angle.
So, this move would allow Rollins to stay in the singles division while The Miz and Morrison could light up the RAW tag team division with their amazing heelwork.
