#1 Sheamus
In one of the most shocking developments on the Road to WrestleMania 36, the WWE creative team dropped Sheamus from the match card at the last moment.
The rumors were rife that The Celtic Warrior would challenge Braun Strowman for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at the Show of Shows. However, the plans seem to have changed as Sami Zayn is currently holding that title, while Daniel Bryan will challenge him at WrestleMania. Strowman, meanwhile, is likely to be involved in some other capacity. Hence, the only Superstar who did not gain a from these alterations was Sheamus.
The former WWE Champion can quit SmackDown after WrestleMania citing a lack of opportunities as the reason. He earlier announced himself for the Elimination Chamber match, but WWE nixed that plan. All he has done since his mega return is to squash Shorty G and Apollo Crews.
Sheamus may be heading towards the latter years of his career, WWE should nonetheless try to maximize his run by moving him to RAW and fighting for a cause alongside Seth Rollins. Sheamus and Rollins could reign supreme on the Red brand, destroying all the Superstars that come their way. The two heels have immense experience, and RAW needs a super alliance like this one to gain the attention of the fans once again.
