#2 Rusev
Rusev hasn't been on WWE television for a while, with his last match taking place three weeks ago on RAW. Reports have suggested that The Bulgarian Brute is yet to sign a new contract with the promotion and is negotiating a new deal.
But, PWInsider reported this past week that Rusev was backstage on RAW this past week, but wasn't used for the show. Rusev's controversial storyline with Bobby Lashley and Lana ended abruptly, and it seems unlikely that WWE will revisit it anytime soon.

The former United States champion could have another readymade storyline that he could enter into, at this week's Elimination Chamber PPV. Rusev could perhaps begin a feud with Angel Garza, who has been pushed by WWE over the last few weeks.
Rusev's last match in WWE had him team with Humberto Carrillo to take on Garza and Lashley. With Carrillo facing Andrade for the United States title at Elimination Chamber, Garza may interfere to help Andrade, which is where Rusev could come to the aid of Carrillo. This could set-up a feud with Garza, which could go on for the next few weeks.
