Braun Strowman's history at WrestleMania over the years was dreadful. He, with the Wyatt Family, was easily laid out by The Rock and John Cena at WrestleMania 32. The following year, Strowman was eliminated midway through the Andre the Giant Battle Royal.

At WrestleMania 34, the Monster Among Men won the RAW Tag Team Championship with a 10-year-old kid named Nicholas. And at last year's 'Mania, he was feuding with Colin Jost from Saturday Night Live. Similarly, his record in Universal Championship matches was unacceptable for a man of his size.

So when Braun Strowman got the call to replace Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 36, he must have felt vindicated, killing two birds with one stone. Strowman defeated Goldberg to win the Universal Title and while the match wasn't very good, his moment arrived at long last.

It has been a while since he was booked in an interesting way. Hence, the challenge for WWE is to make sure Braun Strowman returns to his 2017 days when he was the most over man in WWE.
