The "Glorious" Bobby Roode made his way to NXT in June 2017, and became one of the top guys in NXT instantly. Working as a heel, Roode managed to become the NXT Champion and was predicted to be a huge success on the main roster as well; however, that isn't exactly the case.

Roode had been with TNA/Impact ever since 2004 till he joined WWE and was considered one of the pillars of the company. Roode achieved Tag Team as well as singles success in TNA and even held the World Championship on two occasions.

As compared to his stature in Impact, Bobby's run on the WWE main roster has felt extremely lackluster.
Even though he has held the US Championship in the past, it looks like Bobby Roode is not poised to be a top guy like he was in TNA.
