Gail Kim currently works as a talent scout for Impact's Knockout division which she was herself a part of for a long time.

Kim is not only a former 7-time Knockouts Champion but is also the first ever female to be inducted into Impact Wrestling's Hall Of Fame.

Gail Kim has two stints with WWE in her career and is a former one time Women's Champion as well, but unfortunately for her, she was with the WWE at a time when women's wrestling was not taken as seriously as it is today and she felt that her talent was being wasted by the company.

She returned to WWE in 2008 but after a 3-year long forgetful stint returned to TNA again.
