#4 Triple H

Triple H shares an unfortunate history with quad injuries.
Triple H shares an unfortunate history with quad injuries.

If there is one guy who beats Triple H when it comes to tearing up their own quads, it is Kevin Nash. Triple H has torn his quadriceps on two separate occasions, resulting him in losing several months of actions on both of the occasions. However, the injury he suffered in 2001 almost ended his career.

Triple H faced Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho for the WWF Tag Team Championship along with Stone Cold Steve Austin. The King of the Kings tore his quads during the match. Despite that, Triple H still allowed Y2J to put him in Walls of Jericho.

The injury put Triple H on the sidelines for almost 8 months. Despite the severity of the injury, the Cerebral Assassin made his return to in-ring action in January 2002.

Triple H would go on to win that year's Royal Rumble and also the Undisputed Championship from Chris Jericho at WrestleMania 18.
