Rusev, like Sheamus, has been on a break, although his break is not due to injury. Recent rumours suggested that the former United States champion was unhappy with reports suggesting that he could leave WWE.

WWE should bring back the Bulgarian Brute, this time as a babyface, and put him in a feud for the Intercontinental title once Shinsuke Nakamura loses the belt.

Cody Rhodes' uncle is a WWE Hall of Famer. More details HERE.

WWE needs a strong mid-card Superstar who can entertain the crowd and put on good matches, which Rusev certainly can do. A return by the end of the year could strengthen the SmackDown roster before its move to FOX.

#1 Ronda Rousey

Former RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey has also not been on WWE television since her loss to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 35, with reports suggesting she's done with WWE.

But, WWE could perhaps coax her back for one last match - a singles match against Becky Lynch, to finally put the feud to rest. The bitter and personal feud between the two made the triple threat match for both women's titles at WrestleMania a memorable one.

Rousey's WrestleMania opponent Becky Lynch recently revealed that she would be willing to defend her RAW Women's title against Rousey and challenged the former UFC star.

Perhaps a match at Royal Rumble could finally close the chapter between the two in WWE.
