#2 Lars Sullivan
Lars Sullivan has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons recently as it appears that there is a vendetta surrounding NXT's monster, but that hasn't bothered his call-up to the main roster since WWE continued to tease the monster heading to Raw or SmackDown Live.
Whilst it could be argued that a loss to Sullivan would have hurt him in his first match, it didn't have to be pin loss, WWE could have allowed Sullivan to win via DQ and then he could have attacked Rollins after the match. This could have been Lars weakening Rollins ahead of his match with Dean Ambrose and would also allow him to have a rematch in the future. Instead, it became a stand-alone match that leads to nothing and was obviously just a filler because Ambrose wasn't in Wisconsin for Raw.
