#4 Andrade – United States Championship
The United States Championship was the most underwhelming solo championship in all of WWE in 2018.
Andrade is equipped to reestablish some credibility to the United States Championship. He is capable of putting on a phenomenal performance with just about anyone. If you are unfamiliar with his time down in NXT where Andrade and Johnny Gargano won Match of The Year for their TakeOver: Philadelphia encounter, then the recent rivalry with Rey Mysterio is a reminder of just how talented he is.
Along with the talent, Andrade has the look and charisma to have a successful championship reign. The homages to the late Eddie Guerrero and ‘tranquilo’ taunts are captivating. With Zelina Vega as his mouthpiece, Andrade can continue to elevate his character as a top heel in the company.
It has been a while since WWE had a latin Superstar hold gold, and Andrade is the perfect man to change that. A successful mid-card championship would put him in position for a run with the WWE Championship later on. If given the proper storyline and screen time, Andrade has the potential to be the best Latin-born WWE Superstar since the man he is currently feuding with, Rey Mysterio.
