#1 Randy Orton
‘The Viper’ Randy Orton has been one of WWE’s most prominent Superstars over the past two decades. His work as a heel has brought him a lot of fame and fan following.
Unlike the other Superstars on the list, Orton has won most of his Championships as a heel, which has been a great shift away from watching those playing Superhero characters on the screen win gold.

As a 13-time World Champion, there isn’t much that Orton hasn’t done or accomplished in his career, and that has made him one of the best Superstars of his era and a future Hall of Famer who has inspired an entire generation of wrestlers.
With that in mind, the Universal Championship is the only top title that has been away from Orton’s grasp and is the one that he should win before he retires. There are some iconic wrestlers who’ve won the title already, and it’s a shame that he hasn’t made the list still.
Orton is on RAW at the moment and even though the Championship is on SmackDown, it shouldn’t be long before he goes after it and wins it at least once before calling it a day.
