#2 Shayna Baszler
Shayna Baszler has been the central figure of the NXT Women's division for over a year now. The only 2-time NXT Women's Champion, she's been dominant in her run and has gone through pretty much the entire female roster.
It'll be interesting to see who NXT decides to push to get the title off Baszler, but from the look of things, her reign might not be ending anytime soon. If she is to be protected, then she's likely going to be one of those superstars who will be staying in NXT for a longer time.
With that being said, we can't take away anything from her as a performer because she has improved rapidly since the Mae Young Classic in 2017. Since she's also one of the Four Horsewomen, Triple H will have grounds to convince Vince McMahon to seriously push her.
