#3 Bobby Roode
Bobby Roode's main roster debut was fine but not at all glorious. Other than his glorious entrance, he has done very little to get over with the fans.
We thought WWE was serious about him when he won the US Title. Alas, it was cut short and we didn't see a heel turn. The Raw mid-card champion plays a significant role in the show as the Universal Champion is absent most of the time. Right now, Roode is not of that stature.
The best option would be to turn him heel. It is clear from his NXT and TNA days that he is more comfortable as a heel. It will not only elevate his status but also make him competent enough to even challenge AJ Styles or Daniel Bryan for the title. Maybe then, he could be traded to Raw.
