4. WWE Champion Kevin Owens?

Kevin Owens is a former Universal Champion, but has never held the WWE Championship

Winning the WWE Championship is one of the only accomplishments that Kevin Owens has yet to achieve during his illustrious WWE career.

While Owens has previously been a World Champion in WWE, holding the WWE Universal Championship from 2016 to 2017, the WWE Championship has continued to be out of his grasp.

In addition to being a former WWE Universal Champion, Owens has also been a former WWE Intercontinental Champion, United States Champion and NXT Champion during his WWE career thus far.

One of the most widely revered and respected WWE Superstars currently on the Monday Night RAW roster, a Kevin Owens WWE Championship reign at some point in the future feels inevitable.

After Owens' victory over Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 36, many fans assumed that he would be in line for a future WWE Championship opportunity on Monday Night RAW. However, this has yet to come to fruition.

Now that SummerSlam is on the horizon and Owens has returned to RAW after a brief hiatus, perhaps it is the time for Owens to finally step into the WWE Championship picture.
