#2 Should not win WWE Royal Rumble 2021: Ronda Rousey
It was after the inaugural women's WWE Royal Rumble match in 2018 when Ronda Rousey shocked the world and joined the promotion. Her short yet highly effective run in WWE proved crucial in taking the women's revolution to a next level. Now, Ronda Rousey hasn't wrestled or even appeared for the company since WrestleMania 35, but fans are speculating her to return at WWE Royal Rumble 2021 and even go on to win it.
Rousey has never entered the WWE Royal Rumble match. While it would be quite a surprise to see her back in action, fans won't be much pleased if WWE books her to go all the way rather than giving a full-time Superstar the opportunity and stage to shine. Yes to Ronda Rousey returning, no to her winning the women's WWE Royal Rumble 2021.

#2 Should win WWE Royal Rumble 2021: Rhea Ripley
WWE's third official brand NXT undoubtedly has the best women's division in all of pro wrestling right now. One Superstar who has pretty much done it all on the brand is former NXT Women's Champion and NXT UK Women's Champion Rhea Ripley. The women's division of either RAW or SmackDown could benefit hugely from a talent like Ripley and WWE could consider her to join the main roster full time soon.
Rhea Ripley winning the women's WWE Royal Rumble 2021 match would be a bold step through which the company could make a statement about believing in the future rather than relying on the past. Moreover, she already has had enough exposure on the main roster in the past, having feuded with Charlotte Flair on the Road to WrestleMania 36 last year.
