2) IMPACT Knockouts Champion Mickie James - Royal Rumble 2022
WWE created a ton of buzz for this year's Women's Royal Rumble Match by announcing IMPACT Knockouts World Champion Mickie James as an entrant.
The former WWE superstar was released in April 2021 and infamously received her belongings in a trash bag, which she made public. James arrived at IMPACT last summer and made her presence felt against Deonna Purrazzo.
A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE
Mickie defeated Deonna to win the Knockouts title at Bound For Glory 2021. The announcement of James in the match while holding IMPACT gold has excited many fans.
There are so many possibilities, but how Mickie is treated in this contest will change how everyone feels. If she becomes "Iron Woman," it would be a statement that there might be more to this WWE-IMPACT partnership.
1) Last year's winner and "Iron Woman" Bianca Belair - Royal Rumble 2022
In the 2020 Women's Rumble Match, then-NXT superstar Bianca Belair entered at the #2 spot and lasted longer than anyone else at over 33 minutes.
The EST of WWE repeated her "Iron Woman" effort once again in 2021, but this time she won the entire match this time.
Bianca Belair is the first woman to be the "Iron Woman" twice, so it bares to think she might just be the first to achieve the feat three times. Her athletic ability is unmatched, and has proven to have top-notch stamina.
The former SmackDown Women's Champion has also proven to be proficient at eliminating a large number of superstars.
The winner of this year's contest is up in the air. With several legends returning and surprises in store, it seems like Belair will have a more challenging task to win this year than in 2021.
The EST does stand a better chance of lasting the longest because she's done it two years straight. That's why Bianca Belair is the superstar who could be the "Iron Woman" at this year's WWE Women's Royal Rumble.
