Karrion Kross has had an impressive impact (no pun intended) on NXT so far and has been portrayed as a force to be reckoned with immediately. At NXT TakeOver: In Your House, he will be facing former NXT Champion, Tommaso Ciampa. Considering the kind of showing Kross has had so far, it's safe to assume that he will be walking out as the winner in this match. But what could be next for him?
The NXT Championship will be defended at the show in a Backlot Brawl as Adam Cole will defend his title against Velveteen Dream. If Cole manages to retain his title, he'll need a new challenger, someone who can be a massive threat to his historic NXT title reign.
What if Karrion Kross appears after the match and lays out the NXT Champion? With the kind of push that he has been getting, I can certainly see Karrion Kross being the one to end the NXT title reign of Adam Cole. After all, the company needs to keep creating new main-eventers!
