If you talk about NXT Superstars with the highest momentum currently, Timothy Thatcher would surely be in the discussion. After signing with WWE earlier this year, Thatcher was revealed as Matt Riddle's tag team partner in the absence of Pete Dunne.
The two went on to lose the NXT Tag Team Championships to Imperium last month and got into a heated rivalry. The feud came to its conclusion inside the first-ever NXT fight pit where Timothy Thatcher took on Matt Riddle and emerged victorious after making Riddle pass out to a rear-naked choke.
