Thus far, RAW Underground has only been a sideshow attraction in WWE, and even though we've seen a clash between two behemoths in Braun Strowman and Dabba Kato during the show, RAW Underground hasn't really been established as a serious WWE property yet. This could change in October, if Braun Strowman, who is the undisputed king of RAW Underground invites Drew McIntyre into the fight club for a clash over the WWE Championship.
This could happen during the build-up to Hell in a Cell or could even happen after Hell in a Cell, provided Drew McIntyre remains the Champion following his inevitable clash with Randy Orton.
Drew McIntyre vs. Braun Strowman is one of the last big-money WWE Championship fights that we have not seen yet in WWE featuring the current WWE Champion, and to keep it going, we will need to see it in various environments.
A match on RAW Underground for the WWE Championship just seems appropriate for the cinematic era.
