Tamina Snuka did have a run at the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship for a brief period of time, but it was clear as day that the plan was never to make her the face of the women's division. The best way to elevate her position and to make her be seen as a legitimate WWE Superstar could be to have her join Roman Reigns' faction.
As we can see from her social media, Tamina Snuka is clearly very invested in what is happening with Roman Reigns and Jey Uso on the WWE SmackDown and lest we forget, she is of Samoan origin too. So, it is not outside the realm of possibility that Roman Reigns will invite her to become a part of his stable on WWE SmackDown.
Having a female member could be of great value when the stable locks horns with, say, RETRIBUTION at some point down the line.
Naomi would also be a great candidate for the role, but unfortunately, she is on RAW.
