It is very clear indeed that Andrade and Zelina Vega will not be a combined package anymore when they return to action again, especially if you consider the fact that Zelina Vega has been an active competitor in WWE. Her days as a manager in WWE may actually be over at this point. But as far as he's come along as a promo, Andrade will still need a manager when he returns from injury, and Charlotte Flair could fit the role quite perfectly.

As a WWE power couple, Andrade and Charlotte Fl could take on The Fiend and Alexa Bliss, and in time, even take on maybe Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch or even Reckoning from RETRIBUTION and maybe one of the male members.
The possibilities are quite endless and for Charlotte Flair to be a manager for Andrade is not the worst role in the world because it will also give her something interesting to bite into upon her return.
