What a lot of people don't know is that Hornswoggle is still very much active in the independent circuit outside of WWE and is far from retired. There must be a reason why R-Truth has been confusing Drake Maverick with Hornswoggle over the last few weeks, and the payoff could come at RAW Reunion.
I can absolutely imagine Hornswoggle actually show up to defeat R-Truth and become the 24/7 Champion for a spell. I'm guessing that if the title change does happen, Truth will win it back by the end of the night, making it just a special attraction.

Because the nature of the title is rooted in comedy, this title change would make a lot of sense. It would naturally play into the events of RAW Reunion, and the audience would certainly love it.
RAW Reunion is going to be a grand show!
