So, the question on everyone's mind is why Braun Strowman dropped the title to Sami Zayn at WWE Elimination Chamber. I wonder if the plan is for WWE to do a dream match for the hardcore fans- one that pits Daniel Bryan against Sami Zayn for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
This is a match that can definitely steal the show at WrestleMania, and also has an opportunity for the build to the same to be very good indeed. Daniel Bryan defeated Drew Gulak at Elimination Chamber and so, he rightfully has a claim at the Championship.

Daniel Bryan was the WWE Champion last year and even had a run as the SmackDown Tag Team Champion. He could definitely elevate the Intercontinental Championship which hasn't seemed as prestigious as it should be in recent times, according to me.
Plus, he can definitely engage in a war of words with Sami Zayn. And he can also have exceptional contests with Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura leading up to the clash, maybe even starting this week.
