Could we see a brand new tournament announced to determine the next Universal Champion?
We haven't seen Brock Lesnar on RAW in a really long time now. In fact, if not for his appearance at UFC 226, some of us would perhaps have forgotten what he looks like. Kurt Angle issued an ultimatum at Extreme Rules and addressed the Brock Lesnar situation in a special backstage segment. He gave Lesnar two options.

Lesnar could either show up on RAW in the flesh. Or he could address the Universal Championship situation from the comfort of his own home. Failing to do both would mean that he would be stripped of the Universal Championship.

Let's assume for a moment that Brock Lesnar does not abide by either rule. Could we see Lesnar being stripped of the championship and WWE perhaps announcing a new tournament to crown the next Universal Champion? Could we have a full time champion at last?
