Bear in mind that The Viking Raiders scored a big pinfall victory over The Street Profits in a non-title match on the previous episode meaning that when the show airs this week, they could have a rematch. And there's a big chance if that happens that Erik and Ivar will win the RAW Tag Team Championships.
While the SmackDown tag team division has been on fire, the RAW tag team division has been lacking to an extent. And while Ricochet and Cedric Alexander have been making waves, there is no other real top player in the tag team division of RAW unless you count MVP's new unit.

The Viking Raiders could be the Braun Strowman of the RAW Tag Team Division, where many try to topple them but everyone fails. And then, finally, when a babyface team goes over them, it would mean so much more.
In any case, I believe that a tag team championship win on RAW is not really outside the realm of possibility.
