There is a mysterious figure on SmackDown who has promised us that the truth will be heard. Some speculate that it is Mustafa Ali, some others believe that it is someone from NXT who's being primed to debut on the main roster in a big way.

What we do know for sure is that he was responsible for Otis and Mandy Rose getting together. And he may play a part in an even bigger storyline going forward on SmackDown.

One of the things that could potentially happen is that footage of the Forgotten Sons may be leaked where they are conspiring to take down certain members of the roster, and it could lead to a big match between the two parties to settle their score in the middle of the ring, in my opinion. Or maybe we even get a glimpse of someone like Tucker planning to take down his best friend Otis to lead to a dissolution of Heavy Machinery, so that Otis can go his own merry way.
