#1 Jon Moxley makes Eddie Kingston say “I Quit” at AEW Full Gear

Eddie Kingston's push to the top of the card since joining the company just a few months ago surprised a lot of fans. His mic work has been among the very best in pro wrestling, and he has worked a good hardcore style in recent months. But it was a shock to see him pushed into the main event so quickly at AEW Full Gear, but at the same time, nobody can deny that his work with Jon Moxley has not been excellent.
The real life friendship brought into the title match feud just made it seem that much more personal. It was taken to another very brutal level on Saturday night in Jacksonville.
The “I Quit” match between Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston was quite brutal at AEW Full Gear. The unique and creative ways they used barb wire, chairs, and thumbtacks were certainly memorable. The match ended with Jon Moxley using a Bulldog Choke with some barb wire to get Eddie Kingston to finally quit.
This is the end of Eddie Kingston’s time in the main event and it is now time for Omega-Moxley for the AEW World Championship.
