#4 Too Many Tag Matches
![What are they fighting for? That is a really confusing statement.](https://statico.sportskeeda.com/editor/2019/07/71580-15631460059126-800.jpg?w=190 190w, https://statico.sportskeeda.com/editor/2019/07/71580-15631460059126-800.jpg?w=720 720w, https://statico.sportskeeda.com/editor/2019/07/71580-15631460059126-800.jpg?w=640 640w, https://statico.sportskeeda.com/editor/2019/07/71580-15631460059126-800.jpg?w=1045 1045w, https://statico.sportskeeda.com/editor/2019/07/71580-15631460059126-800.jpg?w=1200 1200w, https://statico.sportskeeda.com/editor/2019/07/71580-15631460059126-800.jpg?w=1460 1460w, https://statico.sportskeeda.com/editor/2019/07/71580-15631460059126-800.jpg?w=1600 1600w, https://statico.sportskeeda.com/editor/2019/07/71580-15631460059126-800.jpg 1920w)
We all knew that Fight for the Fallen wasn’t a major show. However, did that mean we needed to have so many tag matches?
Saturday’s show had five tag matches, if you count the pre-show. That is way too much. When you have the same style of match over and over again, it seems repetitive and wears out your crowd. It is honestly hard to distinguish between the five matches looking back at the show. When you have a match to determine who gets a shot at a first round bye in a future tag team tournament, you have a few too many matches. I am sure a lot of fans are greatly appreciative on the clear focus on tag wrestling by AEW. The problem is they don’t want to have too much of a good thing.
