#3 Cesaro wins a singles match at WWE WrestleMania 37 Night One

We had a lot of swings at this incredible match.

At WWE WrestleMania 37 Night One, Cesaro finally got his chance. He has constantly been one of the best wrestlers on the entire WWE roster. He has put on some classic matches over the course of his nine years on the main roster. Despite all of his skills, he was never able to win a major singles title outside of a US title run early in his career.

That made it even less surprising when we learned he had never had a singles match on a WrestleMania card. What would the insanely talented Cesaro do on such a huge stage?

At WWE WrestleMania 37 Night One, Cesaro and Seth Rollins pulled off an incredible match. It was easily the match of the night. For twelve wonderful minutes, Cesaro and Rollins pulled off some gravity-defying offense for an appreciative WrestleMania crowd.

Some of the highlights were a Corkscrew Frog Splash by Rollins for a two count, Cesaro completing a total of thirty-two swings in the course of the match, an amazing counter of Rollins’ Curb Stomp into a beautiful Cesaro uppercut and finally another Neutralizer for the win for the Swiss Superman. It was a classic match from two of the best in the WWE.

One of the best surprises of WWE WrestleMania 37 Night One was the reaction Cesaro got for his victory. It was a huge moment for the 40 year old star. Hopefully it is proof to WWE management that Cesaro is over with the WWE audience. He certainly deserves a major push after Saturday night.
