#4 Mr. McMahon def. Triple H (WWE Monday Night RAW September 11th, 2006)

Triple H reunited with Shawn Michaels to reform the legendary D-Generation X faction on Monday Night RAW in 2006. Both Triple H and Shawn Michaels had been engaged in feuds with Mr. McMahon and Shane McMahon. The former best friends and rivals then put their differences aside and brought back the famous Attitude Era faction.
DX's feud with The McMahons reached new heights when it was announced that the popular duo would face off against Mr. McMahon, Shane McMahon and the The Big Show. The stakes were raised even further when it was announced that this 3-on-2 handicap match would be a Hell in a Cell match.

But before the match could take place at Unforgiven, it was announced that Triple H would face off against Mr. McMahon on Monday Night RAW. The show was held in the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York City.
As D-Generation X was making its way into the arena, Triple H and Shawn Michaels were violently attacked backstage by Lance Cade, Trevor Murdoch, Shane McMahon and The Big Show. This assault left Michaels incapacitated, and the heels slammed Triple H's head in the door of a limousine. The evil Mr. McMahon then announced that the match would be a No Hold Barred contest.
Despite a valiant effort from Triple H, and eventually Shawn Michaels, Mr. McMahon dominated The Game with assistance from Shane McMahon and The Big Show. The WWE Chairman hit Triple H with a vicious sledgehammer shot and pinned the former WWE Champion for the stunning victory.
