#2 WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg
Even though his first WWE run was lackluster, Goldberg has been presented as a big star since his return in 2016. He's won the Universal Championship on two occasions, from Kevin Owens and The Fiend, before defending the title in high-profile WrestleMania matches against Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman.
However, neither of those bouts were given the honor of main-eventing the Showcase of the Immortals. Goldberg's only prior appearance on the grandest stage was his first encounter with Lesnar at WrestleMania 20, which was panned by the audience.

#1 Former WWE Champion Seth Rollins
His famous Money in the Bank cash-in is one of the most memorable moments in WWE history, but Seth Rollins has never been in a promoted WrestleMania main event. Rollins even admitted during an interview with Yahoo Sports that headlining the biggest show of the year was his goal.
"I would be lying to you if I said the WrestleMania main event isn’t the one thing that I have really wanted. You look back at my career in WrestleManias, I have had some incredible moments, but I have never been the guy who has been on the marquee, slated to go on last," said Rollins.
Since he's one of the biggest stars in WWE, Rollins could still have an opportunity to fulfill his ambition. He's already been involved in big WrestleMania matches against Triple H and Brock Lesnar.
