#4 Luke Harper and Erick Rowan
Luke Harper did a great job while he was pursuing the WWE title against Bray Wyatt, but for some inexplicable reason, WWE halted his push as soon as Wyatt was drafted away from SmackDown.
Harper is a rare breed of wrestler who can do things only a Cruiserweight would attempt, while also beating you into the mat with his incredible strength. He has too many tools to be relegated to the sidelines.
When it comes to Erick Rowan, he hasn't been successful since the original incarnation of The Wyatt Family, and even then he was always playing third fiddle to Wyatt and Harper.
Rowan is a monster of a man with a lot to offer, but he always seems to struggle by himself. He and Harper have a history of putting on great matches against other teams, and since neither man is doing anything by themselves right now, putting them back together would be the best option for everyone.
