The Social Outcasts had a few different members, but in this case, we are talking about Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. Both men are in desperate need of a push, and they would be better served in the tag team division than by themselves.
Dallas and Axel each have a family legacy in the business and plenty of in-ring ability, but they have never been able to break out of the lower midcard scene. They might even benefit from going down to NXT to rebuild their reputations the way Tyson Kidd did before he formed his popular tag team with Cesaro and Natalya.
They aren't even being used as jobbers on television, so anything that would get them back on television would be a step in the right direction. If they are given a little more control over how their characters are portrayed, they could become quite popular as a duo.
