#2 New feuds for new Champions

With new Champions on both RAW and SmackDown, the attention turned to the first feuds for both men. On both shows, we received our answers. Seth Rollins attacked Drew McIntyre on RAW. Booker T claimed that "it (the attack) puts Seth Rollins right in the mix. The magic that they create I'm highly anticipating seeing. We're always looking for those two guys who are married to each other for a while" in an angle.

Christian added that he likes "this shift in Seth Rollins. I like that Seth seemed more in control. His presence, his confidence and air of unpredictability - I like the idea of a different dynamic than Lesnar." Punk added "I think this is the best possible spot for Seth and Drew to be in right now. These guys could - if done right - extend the rivalry to SummerSlam." The Voice of the Voiceless also felt that "Seth puts a lot of unneeded pressure on himself when he's the guy."

Another development in April is the growing stable under Zelina Vega's tutelage. Christian praised the diminutive dynamo claiming that he thinks "she's great on the mic and every time she goes out there she gains more confidence in herself. That confidence gives credibility to her and why those wrestlers aligned with her."

Punk added that he thinks she "is focusing on being that valet but it's such a forgotten art. You have a stable of guys and you are in charge of it. When it's a woman, it's a different dynamic." With another growing group on Monday nights, Punk feels that "she can be the one who brings it (meaningful valets) back. She's the nucleus of the group. I'd like to see them add maybe one or two more people."

New Universal Champion Braun Strowman appears to be headed for a showdown with former Champion Bray Wyatt. Punk, for one, wasn't a huge fan right away, saying that "I don't really like this. Both guys aren't really on sure footing yet. Braun finally has pulled the trigger and is looking down the barrel of a gun of a guy that the fans love and of who some feel didn't get the chance he did." He ended by saying that instead "this feels like a SummerSlam feud."

Christian agreed with Punk to a point, claiming that "I think you can get there eventually with the built-in backstory. We've seen the title flip flop a few times." Since Strowman took "the place of Roman Reigns, let him run with it. Let's build them up. Let them do their own things and then revisit it."
