Should the Smackdown duo receive a future Women's Tag Team Title opportunity?

Naomi deserves better. Recently on Social Media, we have seen a trend/movement with the hashtag #NaomiDeservesBetter. Fans look to be tired of the lack of opportunity that Naomi has, and currently is, receiving in WWE.

In this case, 'better' could be a future WWE Women's Tag Team Championship reign with Carmella.

Naomi and Carmella were participants in the Elimination Chamber match to crown the inaugural WWE Women's Tag Team Champions in February 2019 at the WWE Elimination Chamber pay per view.

Although the Smackdown tag team was unsuccessful in becoming the first-ever Women's Tag Team Champions, Carmella has recently taken to Twitter to state that her chemistry with Naomi as a Tag Team "was so in-sync it looks fake".

Subsequently, fans have stated that they would like to see Carmella and Naomi become Tag Team partners once again in WWE. Both female WWE Superstars are not currently involved in any major or substantive storylines on Friday Night Smackdown. Therefore, a WWE Women's Tag Team Championship run could be a perfect way to give Naomi and Carmella the spotlight that the fans believe they deserve.
