Bo Dallas volunteered to drive Roman and Dean after The Shield split
When The Shield split back in 2014, the trio were no longer allowed to travel together since they were no longer a group and the company couldn't risk them being seen together and the WWE Universe then picking holes in what was set to be a deeply personal feud.

Because Rollins did all of the driving, Dean and Roman needed to find someone to drive them after he began travelling with Cesaro. It seems that Bo Dallas volunteered for the position and the first day that Bo was supposed to drive Roman and Dean, Rollins drove past them at the side of the road because it seems that the car had run out of fuel because no one had bothered to fill it up.
Rollins just added this to the long list of reasons why his Shield brethren would be lost without him.
